Purchases and restoring access

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. If you previously unlocked the Full Version using the same Apple Account, use the app’s restore-purchase option to ask the App Store to restore eligible access.

Notes, flashcards and study progress

thinKbox FRCS is designed as a local-first study system. Personal notes, flashcards, study progress and other user-created study material are stored on the device. If you are reporting missing or unexpected content, please avoid deleting the app until support has reviewed the issue.

Local AI

Local AI uses a compatible user-imported GGUF model and runs on the device. Model availability, speed and memory requirements vary by model and hardware. If Local AI does not start, include the device model and the name and size of the GGUF model in your support email.

Images, video and drawing

When you choose to add media or create a drawing, thinKbox FRCS uses the relevant device capabilities and stores the resulting study material locally. If a media item does not appear as expected, include the affected note title and a screenshot when contacting support.

Privacy

For information about local storage, permissions, purchases and data handling, read the thinKbox FRCS Privacy Policy.

Educational use

thinKbox FRCS is an educational revision resource. Its content and study tools are not a substitute for clinical judgement, specialist advice, institutional policies or local clinical protocols.
